Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flippiks (the “Service”), operated by Flippiks(“Flippiks”, “we”, “us”), available at flippiks.com and flippiks.co.uk. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Flippiks is
Flippiks is a deal-discovery platform for video games and related collectibles. We scan publicly listed marketplace listings (such as eBay Buy It Now listings), match them against pricing data, and surface listings that appear to be underpriced (“deals”). The Service lets you:
- browse scored deals;
- save deals to a personal watchlist;
- “flip” a deal to your own personal storefront on Flippiks; and
- buy and sell collectibles on-platform (see “Buying and selling on Flippiks” below).
Flippiks itself is not a shop. When we surface a third-party listing, the sale (if you choose to buy from that listing) is between you and that third-party seller, on that third party’s platform and terms.
2. Affiliate links and third-party listings
Affiliate disclosure. Flippiks participates in the eBay Partner Network and may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through outbound links from the Service. This comes at no extra cost to you.
Listing prices, descriptions, photos, condition, stock and availability are set and controlled by third-party sellers and marketplaces, not by Flippiks, and may change or disappear at any time. The deal scores, estimated values and potential profit figures we show are generated automatically from data that may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.
Flippiks is not the seller of third-party listings and is not a party to any transaction you enter into with a third-party seller. We are not responsible for third-party listings, the accuracy of their content, the condition or delivery of any item, or any dispute, loss or damage arising from a third-party transaction.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Flippiks. The Service is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under 16. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
You can register with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@flippiks.com if you suspect any unauthorised use. You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, infringing or fraudulent purpose;
- scrape, harvest, resell or otherwise commercially exploit our deal data, scores or valuations except as the Service expressly allows;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
- upload content to your storefront that is illegal, counterfeit, infringing, misleading, or that you do not have the right to sell or list; or
- misuse other users’ information or impersonate any person or entity.
You are solely responsible for the content you create on Flippiks, including your storefront, listings and any items you offer for sale.
5. Deal data, valuations and no financial advice
Deal data, match confidence, estimated values and potential-profit figures are provided for information only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantee that any deal is accurate, current, still available, or that any purchase will be profitable or resellable.
Nothing on Flippiks is financial, investment, tax or trading advice, and nothing should be relied on as such. Any buying or reselling decision you make is your own, at your own risk.
6. Your storefront and flips
When you flip a deal to your storefront, you are creating your own listing. You set your own sell price and are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that listing and for fulfilling any resulting sale. You grant Flippiks a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display your storefront content for the purpose of operating the Service.
7. Buying and selling on Flippiks
Flippiks lets sellers list their own items and lets buyers purchase them on-platform. When you buy an item, you enter a contract of sale with the seller, not with Flippiks. Flippiks provides the marketplace, payment processing and buyer-protection tools, but is not the seller of user-listed items and is not a party to the sale.
Sellers must accurately describe their items, set the price and postage, dispatch promptly once paid, and comply with all applicable laws and consumer rights. Buyers pay the item price plus the chosen postage at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; seller payouts are made to a connected Stripe account, so a seller must complete Stripe’s onboarding before their items can be bought or any payout can be made.
Flippiks charges sellers a fee on each sale — see our Selling Fees & Payouts policy. Refunds, returns and disputes are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any deal information is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flippiks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, third-party listings, or any reliance on deal data or valuations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Flippiks harmless from any reasonable claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you create or list on Flippiks, to the extent caused by you and permitted by applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know (for example by updating the “Last updated” date above or notifying you in the app). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you other rights.
